These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Torie Creates Co, including wedding stationery, event stationery, signage, personalised illustrations, portraits, prints, and commissions. By placing an enquiry or order, you agree to these terms.

Quotations & Orders

• All quotes are valid for 14 days from issue.

• Orders are confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation email or contract has been sent.

• Any changes to your order after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% (or specify your percentage) is required to secure your order.

• The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.

• Prices are in GBP and do not include VAT unless specified.

Changes & Cancellations

• Changes can be requested before final proofs are approved.

• Cancellations after order confirmation may incur charges, including loss of deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Design & Proofs

• Clients will receive digital proofs for approval before production.

• Torie Creates Co is not responsible for errors overlooked by the client during proof approval.

• Minor alterations after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Delivery & Timing

• Estimated delivery or completion times will be provided at the time of order.

• Delivery dates are approximate. Delays may occur due to third-party shipping or unforeseen circumstances.

• Torie Creates Co is not liable for delays outside of our control.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, illustrations, and artworks remain the intellectual property of Torie Creates Co unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

• Clients may not reproduce, copy, or sell designs without permission.

Use of Finished Products

• Finished stationery, artwork, and prints are intended for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Reproduction or commercial use requires written consent.

Liability

• Torie Creates Co is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

• Liability for defective products will be limited to replacement or repair.

Privacy & Data

• Personal information collected for orders will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
